24rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament!
This golf tournament is our primary fundraising event of the year. 100% of the proceeds go to the Hospice of Montezuma. Our wish for you is that you’ll never need hospice care, but if you do, your support allows us to provide comfort, pain relief, and dignity for all, regardless of ability to pay.

- Albatross: $1500+
- Hole-n-One: $1250 – $1499
- Eagle: $1000 – $1249
- Birdie: $500 – $999
- Par: $250 – $499
Included with your Sponsorship
- Your brand will receive prominent visibility on a 10×7 banner during the tournament and within our event space throughout the remainder of 2026.
- Eagle and above will be provided with a booth at the event
- Additionally, all sponsors are encouraged to supply promotional items for distribution to attendees
- Additionally, we will enhance your social media presence with five times the exposure in 2026. Please provide your social media handles for effective promotion.
Hole-N-One Sponsor and above will receive 2 entry fees in the tournament!
